We are a business transformation and rejuvenation company whose main role is to act as advisors, NED’s or interim resource to a whole host of clients across many interesting and varied industries including retail, farming, funerals and interiors.

The insight team draws upon decades of experience gained working within diverse businesses from SMEs to multi- billion £ turnover PLC’s. Members of the team have held positions with responsibility and accountability for strategy design, brand development, new product introduction, cultural change and profit improvement.

Established in 2009 at the depths of the financial crisis the need to provide practical advice and assistance, which delivered a return on investment quickly, was paramount. This ethos of delivering tangible advice and results has been the cornerstone of our client relationships. Experience has shown us that by harnessing the cultural aspects of a business alongside driving the commercial requirements, more sustainable improvements can be delivered.
